Every Monday morning, unless otherwise sated, we will start and end at Top of Sand Key Bridge, we ride over the Clearwater bridge and all the way down to Indian Shores. This is for those cyclist with experience riding on the road in a group at fast paces. The speed will be controlled between 22-24 mph.
VDB stands for Van de Bluf, or "from the Bluff" in Dutch. We are a Belleair, FL based group of cyclists who love riding hard and enjoying life.

- We meet at 5:25 AM and roll out at 5:35 AM
