MPH		 Beginner Friendly Social w/ Coffee No Drop Road 

 

Are you new to the group riding scene and want to see what the fun is all about? 

 

Come join us on our "Tweener" ride! We will get you stronger and teach you group ride etiquette. Attendees should be able to comfortably keep a pace of 14-18 MPH within a group (this is way easier than you think) and be able to ride 15-20 miles.

We meet in front of the bike shop, we will have a brief instruction and welcome anyone new. The ride will be a mix of road, sidewalk and paved trail. Leaving the shop we will head to Safety Harbor Marina, where we will take a group photo. Then head to Philippe Park (in and out), and re-group just outside of the park. Just a short little ride to coffee at Bassano's Cheesecake where we will socialize and chat about future rides. We will leave together and head back to the bikeshop and get there just before 10 AM.

Bring yourself, your bike, a helmet, smile and a friend. This is a good introduction to road riding and a great step towards getting you comfortable with group rides. Road/fitness bikes only please.
